Miguel (Mickey) Miranda is from the enchanted island of Puerto Rico. Since his high school year, hospitality has been on his resume working for well-known brands in the industry. He comes to us with 29 years of experience leading the teams in curating great guest experiences. He is very creative, and his experience in bars and kitchens demonstrates his ability to be ahead of the curve. We are delighted for him to join our team at RangeCafé and the Peacock Gap community.
Chef Stephen has more than 40 years of Bay Area restaurant experience, as owner/manager, executive chef, and food service director. Since earning a degree in hotel and restaurant hospitality at City College of San Francisco, Stephen has been a partner at Lark Creek Inn and One Market, managed his own Marin ventures at Bubba’s Diner, Savannah Grill, and Lincoln Park Wine Bar, and served for 15 years as food service director at Skywalker Ranch. He credits his grandmothers for his early love of food and cooking and looks forward to sharing his passion with you.
