Kevin brings 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. He has spent time working in all aspects of the industry from bussing tables, bartending, cooking, managing and owning his own restaurant. He has a love and passion for the food and beverage industry that will show in his desire for hospitality excellence.
Chef Stephen has more than 40 years of Bay Area restaurant experience, as owner/manager, executive chef, and food service director. Since earning a degree in hotel and restaurant hospitality at City College of San Francisco, Stephen has been a partner at Lark Creek Inn and One Market, managed his own Marin ventures at Bubba’s Diner, Savannah Grill, and Lincoln Park Wine Bar, and served for 15 years as food service director at Skywalker Ranch. He credits his grandmothers for his early love of food and cooking and looks forward to sharing his passion with you.
