Todd Lejnieks brings over 20 years of food & beverage and restaurant operation experience to the Range Café. From Chevys, Buca de Beppo and Lone Tree Golf & Event Center, he has seen every aspect of the business. Starting with his first job in the industry as a dishwasher, Todd also oversaw the Southern California region as a District Manager for Chevys Fresh Mex. His passion is to bring love and caring to the world, through service, food and community.
Samantha Bacigalupi brings over 5 years of hospitality experience to Peacock Gap. Samantha started with us in 2015 as a banquet server and quickly moved up the ranks to become Restaurant Manager of the Range Café. She brings creativity and a fresh perspective when it comes to food, service and the overall guest experience. Samantha has worked in various serving and leadership roles all over the Bay Area and Arizona and has worked at several luxury resorts, most recently Cavallo Point. With her fun, young and innovative take on restaurants, the level of service and quality of food has only improved since she took her position. Samantha’s main focus is to provide an exceptional experience and amazing food to our guests.
Mario’s diverse culinary experience includes working with renowned chefs at Frantoio, Buckeye Roadhouse, and Insalata’s. As chef at Piatti and Boca, Mario’s specials hinged on local organic ingredients, Mediterranean infusion, and traditional Neapolitan pizza in a 650° oven.

Ross grew up in a golf and hospitality management family starting his career at Sunningdale, Westchester, and Pinehurst Country Clubs as well as ownership experience with his Downeast Sporting Clubs in Topsham, ME. He brings over 30 years of experience serving the needs of golfers, brides and party planners. He looks forward to serving your event and golf needs.
